Sound baths in Meudon
Lying comfortably, you let the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gong and chimes wash over you. At the Emolution centre, Hélène Debeunne leads a sound bath in a small group of 5 people at most, one Tuesday evening a month. She also offers one-to-one tuning-fork sessions.
What it involves
Hélène uses sound alongside sophrology or hypnosis, or on its own, for a moment of deep relaxation, rebalancing and letting go. As she puts it: “Sound to relax, sophrology to take it in and remember it.”
Tuning-fork sessions are one-to-one. Hélène places the tuning forks on the body, fully clothed, or uses them around it. Their gentle, precise vibrations encourage the autonomic nervous system to settle, help rebalance the flow of energy through the body and support grounding.
These practices belong to wellbeing and personal development. They are no substitute for medical or psychological care.
Who it's for

- Curious people who want to try a different kind of relaxation.
- People who want a moment to rebalance, alone with the tuning forks or in a small group.
What happens in a session
- You lie down comfortably, with a blanket and a cushion.

- A gentle return and time to talk.
