Co-founder of Emolution, she has practised EFT for ten years with children, teenagers and adults, and leads TERRA, the anxiety group.

An EFT therapist, family constellations practitioner and Reiki master, Sophie worked in China, Spain and France before co-founding Emolution.

She sees clients at the centre from Monday to Friday. Her guiding thread: helping each person turn fear into serenity.

Each practitioner works independently and sets their own fees: ask about them when you book.
