Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
How do I book an appointment?
Each practitioner manages their own diary. Book online on their Resalib or Medoucine page, or give them a call. The “Book” button at the top of every page gathers all the links.
Which approach should I start with?
Answer three questions in “Help me choose” and we will suggest a practitioner. You can also write to [email protected].
How much does a session cost?
Each practitioner works independently and sets their own fees. They will tell you when you book.
How long does a session last?
It depends on the discipline and the practitioner. Ask when you book.
Will my health insurance cover the sessions?
Some French top-up health insurers (mutuelles) cover part of the cost of complementary therapy sessions. Check your policy and ask your practitioner for an invoice.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Let your practitioner know as early as you can, online or by phone, so they can offer the slot to someone else.
What are the centre's opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am – 8pm, by appointment. The centre is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How do I get there?
The centre is at 23 rue Claude Dalsème, a one-minute walk from Meudon SNCF station (line N).
Do you work with children?
Yes. Sophie Wajda practises EFT with children and teenagers, and Hasina sees teenagers for sophrology. Find out more on the Children and teens page.
Do these sessions replace a doctor?
No. The support offered at the centre does not replace medical advice or care. In an emergency, call 15 (SAMU) or 112. If you are in distress, 3114, the French national suicide prevention line, answers day and night.
Do you offer gift cards?
They are on the way. Sign up to the Emolution newsletter to hear when they are ready.
