A simple idea
Sophie Wajda began her work as an EFT therapist in Shanghai. Alone in her practice, she worked hand in hand with psychologists, nurses, GPs and other mental health professionals. That experience gave her an idea: one day she would open a multidisciplinary centre where every practitioner moves in the same direction, towards the wellbeing of the people they see. That dream took shape in Meudon.
Sophie, co-founder
Sophie Wajda has practised EFT for ten years with children, teenagers and adults, and also offers family constellations. Her guiding thread: helping each person turn fear into calm. She leads TERRA, the group programme on anxiety.
Frédéric, co-founder
Frédéric Burguez spent twenty years leading teams in industry. He joined Sophie's project and co-founded Emolution with her. He keeps the place running so the practitioners can focus on the people they see.
One centre, one team
The centre settles at 23 rue Claude Dalsème, one minute from Meudon SNCF station (line N). Sophie, Hasina, Hélène and Colombe see clients there, and other practices are coming soon. The practitioners work together and refer the people they support to one another.
On 10 October 2026, the first open day brings Meudon residents together: 42 taster sessions in a single day.
What's coming
Programmes created at the centre (TERRA, IMAGO, Le SAS, EMOSCAPE) and two apps, Tapoti and Nimbu, to carry the support on between sessions.
