How does a session go?
The session begins with a conversation so I can understand your needs. I then share my energy observations with you and explain the healing I suggest, before carrying it out. You stay fully clothed throughout.
We finish by talking about how you felt and a short review of the session.
Magnetism sessions
A magnetism session aims to support physical wellbeing by working on bodily sensations and stagnant energy, to help energy flow better. It can also bring a state of relaxation and calm.
It can be part of a supportive approach for occasional or chronic pain, tension, stress, feelings of discomfort, skin complaints, and to “take the heat out” of burns. It can also be offered to bring comfort to people undergoing medical treatment.
Each session is adapted to the person's needs and is part of a wellbeing approach. It does not replace medical follow-up or treatment.
Energy healing
Energy healing aims to rebalance, harmonise, unblock and revitalise your energy system so that energy flows better. This helps release what may be holding back your wellbeing and your growth.
Over the course of our lives, many factors can cause imbalances or blockages in our energy centres. Sessions may then include an energy cleanse, work on energy ties, and an overall rebalancing or one focused on one or more centres, depending on your needs.
This support aims to nurture the harmony of your energy system and to take your whole being into account: body, emotions and mind.
Animal magnetism
Animal magnetism aims to rebalance, harmonise, unblock and revitalise the animal's energy system so that energy flows better. Depending on its needs, sessions may include energy work on the animal's body, an energy cleanse, work on its energy centres or an overall rebalancing.
This approach is part of a holistic wellbeing practice. It considers each animal as an individual, along with its environment and its relationship with its humans.
Energy work on the bond between animal and human is often an important part of the support. It helps explore certain relationship patterns and behaviours. An energy session for the human may also be advised alongside the one for their animal.
Energy cleansing and protection of places
I offer energy cleansing of places, followed by a protection, to remove negative energy charges and pollution and to create a more harmonious environment.
