Children and teens
Children and teenagers feel stress, fears and overwhelming emotions too. At the centre, they get support suited to their age.
What kind of situations?
- An emotion that takes up too much room: anger, fear, sadness.
- Stress about tests, exams or choosing what comes next.
- A big change: a move, a separation, a new school.
- Evenings when falling asleep gets hard.
With whom?
Sophie Wajda has practised EFT for ten years with children, teenagers and adults. EFT uses gentle tapping with the fingertips: younger children pick it up fast and can do it again on their own at home.
For teenagers, Hasina, a sophrologist, also offers sessions: breathing, relaxation, getting ready for exams and the moments that matter. He does not see children.
How does it work?
A parent books the appointment. On the phone, the practitioner explains how the first session will go, depending on your child's age.
This support does not replace medical advice. If a difficulty lasts or worries you, talk to your doctor or paediatrician first.
